The historic Aetna Springs Resort dates back to the late 1800’s, with buildings constructed as early as 1873. Also part of this resort is the historic Aetna Springs Golf Course, the oldest course west of the Mississippi. The development goal envisioned by Criswell Radovan, the project developers, was to restore the historic Aetna Springs golf course and construct a new clubhouse.
